• Elder Blossom Hua Hin provides accommodation, senior living, short stays, wellness activities, social programs, and related support services.
• Any reservation, stay, or residency is considered confirmed only upon receipt of required payment, acceptance by management, and written confirmation from Elder Blossom Hua Hin.
• Availability of rooms, care arrangements, activities, and services may vary.

3. Eligibility & Health Suitability

• Certain services or accommodation options may require an assessment of suitability, mobility, medical needs, or support requirements to ensure resident safety and appropriate care standards.
• We reserve the right to decline or modify accommodation or services where needs exceed available resources or operational capability.

• Long-term pricing may be based on minimum stay periods or annual agreements as specified at booking.
• Short stays may include onboarding, move-in, move-out, cleaning, or administrative charges. If a short stay converts to long-term residency, certain fees may be credited at management discretion.
• Room changes, upgrades, or extensions are subject to availability.

6. Care Services & Third Parties

• Private caregivers, nursing assistance, medical escorts, transportation, or specialist services may be charged separately unless expressly included.
• External medical treatment, hospital services, prescriptions, and third-party provider costs remain the responsibility of the resident or their family unless otherwise agreed.

7. House Rules & Community Conduct

• Residents, guests, and visitors must behave respectfully toward staff, residents, and property.
• We may establish reasonable house rules regarding safety, visitor access, quiet enjoyment, hygiene, smoking, alcohol, pets, and shared facilities.
• We reserve the right to refuse access or terminate services where conduct endangers others or materially disrupts the community.

8. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and written materials, is the property of Elder Blossom Hua Hin or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

Unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

9. Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes

• Deposits, accommodation fees, or prepaid services may be subject to cancellation terms disclosed at booking.
• Refunds are not guaranteed except where required by law or where Elder Blossom Hua Hin cancels confirmed services.
• We reserve the right to adjust activities, staffing, schedules, facilities access, or room allocations where reasonably necessary.

White Label Adventure Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, residency, accommodation, participation in activities, delays, third-party provider failures, medical events, or force majeure circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Prachuap Khiri Khan.
