You’ll find us at 476 Moo 1, Soi Porn Sawan, Hin Lek Fai, Hua Hin, Prachuap Khiri Khan, 77110, Thailand. Our residences sit within eight rai of tropical greenery in Hin Lek Fai, near Black Mountain Golf Course. Contact our team for directions and help planning your visit.
How do I travel from Bangkok?
Hua Hin is south of Bangkok and can be reached by road. Journey times depend on your starting point and traffic. Our team can help you plan the journey and discuss transport arrangements before your visit.
What types of accommodation are available?
We offer fully furnished Standard Rooms (35 m²), Deluxe Rooms (53 m²) and Suites (70 m²), with access to our gardens, pools and shared facilities. Explore the accommodation pages for photographs, layouts, features and current rates.
What is included in the monthly residence fee?
Full board includes three daily meals, snacks and non-alcoholic drinks, alongside cleaning and laundry services and access to the gardens and swimming pool. On-site activities, yoga, regular local outings and cultural events are included. Private caregivers and certain personal services cost extra; your written quotation confirms what is included in your stay.
Can couples live together at Elder Blossom?
Yes, we welcome enquiries from couples who would like to share a room. Our team can help you compare the Deluxe Room and Suite and choose a suitable configuration. An additional-resident charge applies on top of the room rate; please ask us to confirm the full quotation for two people.
Is Elder Blossom suitable for international and expat residents?
We welcome residents from Europe, North America, Australia and beyond. Our team communicates in English, Dutch, German and Thai. Our partners include VanderSure for insurance advice, MDM Consulting for German-speaking residents and Yuen Yen for palliative care.
What medical care and health services are available?
Our cooperation with Be Well Medical Center includes weekly visits by a doctor and nurse and access to an emergency call service. Chersery Home provides specialist elderly-care and rehabilitation expertise, while Rehab-Point offers physiotherapy in Hua Hin. We can help coordinate referrals and discuss the support appropriate to your needs, including any separate charges.
What accessibility features are available?
The property includes step-free access, ramps, a lift, wide doorways, adapted bathrooms and accessible shared spaces. Please tell us about your mobility needs so we can check the room, routes and facilities that matter to you before you book.
