Who is a trial stay for?
A trial stay gives you time to experience the rooms, meals, activities and company, and see whether life here suits you. If you would like a partner to join you, ask us to confirm a suitable room and the price for both of you.
Length of stay and your quote
Tell us your preferred arrival date and how long you would like to stay. We will confirm availability and provide an individual quote with the total cost for your dates, room, number of guests and agreed support. The monthly room rates on our accommodation pages are based on a 12-month rental and are not trial-stay prices.
Meals, activities and support
Full board includes three daily meals, snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. Ask us to confirm the activities, cleaning, laundry and support included in your trial-stay quote. Private caregivers, external medical care and other personal services may cost extra. Any short-stay, move-in or move-out charges should be included in your written quote.
Before we confirm your stay
Let us know about help you need with daily activities, mobility, meals or medication, and any allergies or accessibility needs. Our team will discuss whether suitable support is available before confirming your stay. Please contact us to arrange how to share health information; do not send medical records through the general enquiry form.
Booking, payment and cancellation
Before payment, we provide written booking terms covering the agreed stay, total charges, any deposit, payment dates, cancellation deadlines and refund conditions. Your booking is confirmed once management has accepted it, the required payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued.
