At Elder Blossom Living, we take pride in offering a unique blend of comfort, care, and community through our 25 meticulously designed living units.
We offer three accommodation choices: Standard Rooms, Luxury Rooms, and Suites, suitable for single or couple occupancy. Each room is thoughtfully designed, with access to spacious common areas and beautiful garden views.
Amenities and Services
Residents enjoy full board (three meals, snacks, and non-alcoholic drinks), plus access to our large garden, swimming pool, yoga classes, cultural events, and regular local outings. Also laundry and cleaning services for room use are included. On-site theatre performances and various courses are available, with reduced or free entry.
Pricing Structure (based on 12 months rental)
- Standard Rooms: 55,000 Bht/month
- Large Rooms: 68,000 Bht/month
- Suites: Pricing available upon request based on personal design preferences
Prices include all on-site activities and trips. Additional care services can be arranged separately.
Short stays do include moving in and out cost (which may be deducted by converting short time stay in long term residency).
Standard Rooms
Our Standard Rooms are comfortably furnished with all essentials and offer a welcoming space for rest and relaxation.

- Bed Options: Twin bed (upgradable to a large single for long-term residents)
- Room Essentials: Refrigerator, microwave, TV with international channels, sofa, and balcony with seating
- Kitchen Supplies: Utensils, cutlery, and ample storage
- Bathroom: Spacious, with an optional seating shower
- Housekeeping: Twice-weekly cleaning and weekly bed linen changes
- Utilities: Electricity and water included
- Complimentary Services: a wide range of free services for our residents.
Luxury Rooms
More space and upgraded amenities set the Luxury Rooms apart.

Included amenities:
- Bed Options: Twin bed (upgradable to a large single for long-term stays)
- Enhanced Essentials: Refrigerator, microwave, sofa, balcony with seating, additional storage, and a guest dining table
- Bathroom: Spacious, with an optional seating shower
- Housekeeping: Twice-weekly cleaning and weekly bed linen changes
- Utilities: Electricity and water included
- Complimentary Services: a wide range of free services for our residents.
Suites
Size: Customizable up to 110 m²
For a personalized luxury experience, Suites offer spacious accommodations and tailored design options. All Luxury Room inclusions apply, with custom features available on request.
